Instructional design and designing for authoring tools were new domains for me. I began by comprehensively understanding both fields and analysing the competitive landscape. This process involved delving into user needs, defining specific problems, and focusing on delivering the simplest solutions for ease of use, which proved to be the most captivating aspect.
My designs have been implemented in the latest version of Captivate, significantly enhancing flexibility and control for its authors.
